About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Plasterer/Multi-Trade person to work on a mixture of reactive and project works across Southern England.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings or other surfaces at different customer sites covering the South East. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying bonding agents. Mix plaster or stucco ingredients according to specific formulas. Use trowels, brushes, or spray-guns to apply plaster or stucco. Create decorative finishes by applying coats of coloured plaster or stucco. Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing plaster or stucco. Ensure smooth and even application of plaster or stucco. Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in plastering. Fitting plasterboard to walls Compliance with H&S rules and policies. Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and keep relevant parties up to date with developments. Carry out work in a safe, efficient and tidy manner. Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives as required.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Willingness to travel regularly to various locations in the South East. Proven experience as a plasterer or similar role of at least 3 years. Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications. Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Excellent communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Experience in masonry, roofing, carpentry or welding may also be beneficial for this role. CSCS (preferred)

Working Pattern/Location:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Onsite at customer premises.
