Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Plasterer to join our team on a self-employed basis. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive daily pay ranging from 150 to 250, depending on experience and output.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and apply plaster to walls and ceilings in both residential and commercial properties Ensure smooth and even finishes that meet company quality standards Work efficiently and safely to meet project deadlines Communicate effectively with the team and clients as needed Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

Experience in rendering external walls Ability to tile surfaces

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer Own tools and reliable transport Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Self-motivated with good time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
