We are seeking skilled Plasterers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plastering and related trades, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish.
Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary.
Mix plaster materials according to specifications for optimal consistency and performance.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and bricklayers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
Experience
Proven experience as a Plasterer & renderer is essential
A strong understanding of different plastering techniques and materials is required.
