What You'll Be Doing

As a Plastic Mould Setter, you'll be responsible for:

Setting up and changing injection mould tools according to the production schedule Safely starting up and shutting down machines, including trial runs Fine-tuning machine settings to optimise product quality and cycle times Inspecting production output and correcting defects Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools, and reporting issues promptly Following all health & safety protocols, including PPE and safe handling Accurately recording machine settings, downtime, and quality checks Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying ways to reduce waste and boost efficiency

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as an injection mould setter Strong knowledge of plastics, moulding processes, and machine operations Confidence in fault finding and problem solving Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications/ Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in mould setting Forklift licence (desirable)
