Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pre-Press team at Amcor Flexibles Evesham as a

Plate Mounter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring printing plates are accurately mounted according to the work order specifications and artwork requirements, supporting the efficient operation of the Print Press.

Please note that occasional travel to AF Ledbury may be required to provide support when needed.

Principal Accountabilities

Retrieve plates from the locations in the Plate Library. To locate cylinders/sleeve from their location in the static cylinder/sleeve rack and load onto microdot mounting machine. Setting plates. Set cameras, lay plate in correct position on cylinder/sleeve as per work order instructions. Liquid fill plate if required, tape edges of plate. Strip plates and tape from cylinders/sleeve when job is completed. Tidy cylinders/sleeves away when finished.

1. Formal Qualifications and Experience

Manufacturing background (preferred)
