Shift Pattern:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Pay

: Blended hourly rate of 29.03ph for 36 hours 1045 for a weekend of work

We're launching a new weekend shift pattern on a temporary basis (approx. 8 weeks) - and places are limited! This is your chance to make a real impact on a project of national significance while working alongside industry experts.

So what will you do?

Carry out plating operations following work instructions and reading drawings to ensure that steel is cut to specification Cut and prepare plates / sections Tack welding Accurately assemble and ensure that plating is carried out to spec and pass to welders for final assembly Work with inspections and quality teams to ensure you're keeping to plan and spec Support training of apprentices and new employees

And what are we looking for?

Time-served through a recognised apprenticeship Skilled in reading engineering drawings and maintaining trade competency Competency with equipment, someone who continually trains to meet trade requirements A passion for meeting and exceeding customer requirements while achieving targets Willingness to take on new challenges to develop competency with commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous development
