We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. As a Play Practitioner, you will manage and drive engaging play opportunities that support the development of children in an out of school setting. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Duties
Working as a team member manage daily operations within an Out of School Care setting, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build positive relationships and support children's needs
Work effectively as a good team member.
Understand the importance of out door free play.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate others.
A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth through play-based learning.
