Summary
We are seeking a passionate Play Worker to join our team at Premier Education in the area In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing children's physical activity and development, contributing to our mission of promoting health and well-being among young learners.
Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging play activities that promote physical fitness and social skills.
Support children's emotional and social development through structured play.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Collaborate with other coaches to implement effective programs.
Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safety standards are met.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Uphold Premier Education's values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in a play or educational setting.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
First Aid certification is highly desirable.
Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.
Flexibility to adapt activities based on children's needs.
