Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Play Worker to join our team at Club Vale Ltd. We are looking for staff for to work either Breakfast Club (7.15-8.45am) or After School Club (2.45pm -6pm) 4/5days per week, or a combination of all. We are flexible and will consider job sharing. Based in Epsom, this role is vital in providing engaging and supportive activities for children during after-school hours and holiday clubs. Your contribution will help foster a safe and nurturing environment aligned with our mission to support family needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in play Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff. Maintain a clean and organised activity environment. Support the management team in daily operations. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's participation. Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driving license/car driver is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of safeguarding policies is advantageous. Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.

Pay: 12.30-13.50 per hour
