Who are we?

Bubbles softplay is an interactive children's soft play centre and party venue based in Partick, Glasgow. We cater for children up to age 9 with an on-site cafe that offers a variety of hot dishes, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks and confectionary.

We are open 9:30 till 6:00pm 7 days a week.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an applicant who is friendly and passionate about customer service to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis to help with the daily running of the cafe, reception and working as a barista in our fast-paced environment. There is also room for growth within the business, potential opportunities include becoming a key holder and running your own sessions/events for the kids.

Key responsibilities:

Customer service skills Engage with children in a variety of play activities within the play frame. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with families and visitors. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Desirable experience:

Customer service experience Experience working with children is preferred, but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
