Kidz Zone Club have an opportunity for a 'Club Lead' to join our team working at Thornhill Primary School, Houghton Regis. You will benefit from an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience delivering a wide range of 'active' childcare activities; working with children from ages 4 - 9.
As part of the role, KZ will provide training and mentoring to develop you within this role.
You will benefit from an extremely varied role - undertaking the following roles and responsibilities.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Full training is provided.
Following club structure
Ability to lead a small team of playworkers / activity leaders
Delivering 'active' before school clubs Monday to Friday 7.30am - 9.00am
Delivering 'active' after school clubs Monday to Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Delivering holiday clubs between 7.45am and 4.15pm
Delivery of creative activities and free play.
Preparing snacks and drinks.
General administration responsibilities.
Adhere to employers and placement organisations Health and Safety, Child Protection and Equalities policies.
Complete various training courses.
Adhere to their placement organisations policies.
