Role Overview



We're looking for a

Combined Playground Designer & Sales Coordinator

to join our creative and collaborative team.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for

design and customer engagement

, blending technical 3D design skills with client-facing sales coordination. You'll play a key role in bringing playground concepts to life while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from enquiry to order.

Key Responsibilities



Create

3D designs

using SolidWorks (or similar 3D design software). Contribute

creative ideas

for new products and improvements to existing ranges. Develop product ideas from

initial concept through to manufacturing drawings

, ensuring all designs are ready for production. Understand and prepare

technical drawings

required for the manufacturing process. Produce

design presentations, concept visuals, and reports

for clients and internal use. Maintain accurate

records of designs, drawings, and project documentation

. Conduct

site visits across the UK

to take measurements, photographs, and gather project information (travel expenses covered). Act as the

first point of contact

for customer calls and email enquiries, ensuring we exceed customer expectations. Generate

accurate and timely sales quotations

and assist with order processing. Collaborate closely with the design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure a smooth project workflow.

Requirements



Degree or equivalent qualification in

Engineering, Product Design, or a related field

. Experience using

SolidWorks

or similar 3D design software (AutoCAD desirable but not essential). Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for visuals and presentations. Confident using

Microsoft 365

applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Full UK driving licence

(essential for site visits). Strong

organisational, communication, and interpersonal

skills. Excellent

attention to detail

and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving

skills and a proactive attitude.
