We are looking to appoint a Playground Installer - Labourer to join our team in Winchester. The successful candidate will work alongside our team in installing and maintaining playground equipment across the country from Monday - Friday.
The job holder will do all tasks within his/her level of skill and ability. This will include travelling around all counties in the south of England. As you will be working in close proximity to children a valid DBS check is essential.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Work to strict deadlines to ensure jobs are completed as planned
Follow instructions and be a key team player
Use of a variety of power tools
Loading & unloading of company vehicles
Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
Undertake work related training courses as required
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who operates well on their own as well as being an integral part of a team. Presentable, positive, and outgoing in character, you will need to have the following skills, qualities and experience:
The Correct person must have:
Essential
Experience in using power tools - minimum 1 year
Attention to detail & accuracy
A full UK driving license
A DBS certificate (or willing to undergo checks)
Drivers licence
Ability to problem solve & use initiative
Professional manner
Capable of working well under pressure & meeting deadlines
Be self-employed
Desirable:
Experience of Construction/Groundworks
Valid CSCS Card
