Playworker Before & After School Club Assistant
Job Description
Phoenix Childcare are looking for an enthusiastic and creative members of staff to join our Wrap Around Care Team, either full or part time
We provide breakfast and afterschool club for St Peters CofE First School children on site. You will be working with children from 4-9 years, so some experience within this age group is desired although not essential.
Your roles:
Ensure all children are engaged and have an exciting time with us at Wrap around care
To plan, carry out and evaluate activities for groups of children
Always ensure children's safety and adhere to the setting's safeguarding procedures
To work as part of a team
Prepare breakfast and snack tea.
Communicate with families
Shifts will be Monday - Friday 7.30-8.30am, 2.45-5.45pm term time only.
Successful candidates will be subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
