Plot Sales Paralegal
to join our busy and supportive team.The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a varied caseload of residential plot sales from instruction to completion. You will be at the heart of our property team, supporting developers and ensuring a smooth process for purchasers.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload of plot sales transactions. Preparing contract packs and drafting standard documentation. Progressing matters through to exchange and completion. Liaising with developers, purchasers, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures. Delivering a high standard of client care at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
