Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the ability to work on various plumbing systems in residential settings. This role requires excellent mechanical knowledge, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively. Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working in various conditions. Assist with HVAC installations when necessary. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and remodeling projects.

Experience

Proven experience in construction plumbing is essential. Familiarity with construction site environments is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects. Experience in carpentry is a plus. A valid commercial driving license may be required for certain positions.
