An exciting
opportunity has become available for an experienced Plumber to
join Curb's Planned Maintenance team.



The role will
involve carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations and
general plumbing repairs in tenants' homes.

The plumbers will work as part of a multi-skilled
kitchen or bathroom installation team and will be able to carry
out multi-trade tasks when required.



We are looking for
applications from time served plumbers who demonstrate high
professional standards, especially in respect of quality and
customer service.

The post will be based in Curb's Falkirk Office but there will be
a requirement to work throughout Link's areas of operation,
therefore a driving licence is essential. The plumbers will be
able to plan their own workload and work flexibly to ensure that
timescales are met.


About You





As an experienced
Plumber, you will have an NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing or
equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a similar plumbing
role is essential and the postholder will have a sound technical
knowledge of domestic plumbing systems including fault diagnosis
and rectification.



You will have a
sound knowledge and awareness of relevant Health and Safety
requirements and an understanding of legislation and how both
impact on method of work and customer needs. Knowledge of and a
commitment to excellent customer care is required for this role
and as Plumber you will also have knowledge of a variety of
traditional and non-traditional construction methods, materials
and installations.



This role requires
a current UK driving licence.
