About the Role



We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Commercial & Industrial Plumber

to join our growing team. This role focuses exclusively on plumbing systems for commercial and industrial properties -- including water services, drainage systems, and sanitary installations.

You'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and reactive repair works across a range of large-scale sites. The ideal candidate has proven experience in complex plumbing systems, takes pride in their workmanship, and maintains high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and drainage systems in commercial and industrial premises. Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently. Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults and leaks. Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Work collaboratively with other trades, site managers, and contractors. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and building regulations. Complete accurate job records and reports.

Requirements



NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing. Proven experience in commercial or industrial plumbing (no heating work). Excellent understanding of water supply systems, pumps, pipework, and drainage. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
