Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in various environments, including residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Assemble and weld piping systems as required for specific projects. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete plumbing tasks. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations. Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling materials and equipment. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Familiarity with commercial driving is advantageous for transporting tools and materials as needed. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's licence is preferred.

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
