Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in plumbing, with the ability to handle installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. This role requires a proficiency in various tools and techniques. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems operate efficiently
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. Utilise hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Assemble plumbing fixtures and components with precision. Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects, including carpentry and mechanical work. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber, Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A valid driving licence is essential
