We are seeking a skilled Dry Liner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and installing dry lining systems, ensuring that walls and ceilings are finished to a high standard. This role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools, as well as a solid understanding of building regulations and safety practices. The Dry Liner will work on various projects, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and install dry lining systems, including plasterboard and insulation materials. Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square, adhering to project specifications. Carry out plastering tasks to achieve smooth finishes on walls and ceilings. Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and painters, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with masonry tasks as required, contributing to overall building integrity. Follow all health and safety regulations while on site.

Experience

Proven experience as a Dry Liner or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with electrical installations is advantageous but not mandatory. Competence in using various power tools and hand tools is required. Experience in painting and finishing work would be beneficial. A strong understanding of building regulations and construction safety practices is essential. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
