About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, qualified Plumber (ideally with gas qualifications)to join our small maintenance team managing a private portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

You'll be responsible for the inspection, servicing, and repair of domestic gas appliances and general plumbing systems across our properties together with some new installations and bathroom renewals

This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality work, and values a steady workload in a friendly, well-supported environment. Ability to work alone or in a team is important.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out annual gas safety checks, boiler servicing, and fault diagnosis . Complete repairs and installations of boilers, heating systems, and plumbing fixtures. Respond to maintenance callouts and tenant repair requests promptly, for leaks and heating outages etc. Record all works completed and maintain compliance documentation. Liaise directly with the landlord and tenants to ensure high standards of service.

Requirements

Gas Safe Registration (essential) we can arrange. Must have ACS qualification for gas engineer role Proven experience in domestic gas and plumbing maintenance. Full UK driving licence and own tools/van preferred.Can provide van Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Salary: 16/hr-33,280 pa(plumber) 18hr-37,440 with gas

Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, occasional out-of-hours callouts)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
