Job Overview

We seek to employ a skilled plumber & drainage engineer, complimentary multi trade abilities an advantage, to work solo and as part of a team, undertaking works mostly within commercial buildings/offices across Central London, all to a high standard.

The Candidate

Should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing and drainage, be an experienced trouble shooter, punctual, motivated, hardworking and fully literate.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing - Installation, maintenance and repair of hot, cold and waste water services, to include unvented hot water calorifiers, pressure vessels, pipework, sanitation and waste disposal systems.

Drainage - Maintenance of facilities, drainage repairs, blockage clearances and some experience with ejector pumping stations would be useful.

- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Building Regulations.

What We Require

City & Guilds or an equivalent plumbing qualification.

Competent in the use of electro-mechanical coring and high pressure jetting equipment.

Competence in copper, pressure pipe and threaded steel pipework.

You will often be required to access our office and stores in New Cross.

Skills - Desirable

Confined spaces training.

Working at heights training.

G3 Unvented hot water certification.

MEWP / PASMA Certification.

First Aid Training.

Use of CCTV drainage inspection equipment.

Ejector pump maintenance experience.

Work Times

This role involves approximately 1/3rd days and 2/3rd nights with an occasional weekend day.

Out of hours callouts are periodically required.

Other

The applicant must hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Van, uniform and equipment to be provided.

Possession of own hand tools.

Full time employment and sub-contract options are considered.

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
