John G. Baird Ltd, a well-established multi trade company based in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray areas have new, exciting opportunities to join our expanding team.
Due to recent contract awards and an ever-increasing workload from current clients in both the domestic and commercial sector, we are now seeking applications for a Maintenance Plumber to join the team in the Aberdeenshire & Moray area.
Works carried out, but are not limited to, range from void repairs, day to day repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, heating installations and refurbishments of domestic and commercial properties.
Essential Skills Required:
Experienced in carrying out maintenance on plumbing occupied and unoccupied properties
Experienced in bathrooms and wet rooms
Survey jobs and order materials and plan workload
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
High level of customer care
Work as part of a team, follow instructions, work on own initiative and be adaptable to any problems
Certification:
Time-served with good all-round knowledge of maintenance
Desirable Skills:
CSCS card
Gas safe
Working at Height
PASMA / IPAF
Asbestos Awareness
Manual Handling
Package:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 5pm
Competitive pay rate - Above industry average
