We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join us at Churchill Integrated Services and in particular at the moment, we are looking for an experienced

Plumber

to join the team. This is a mobile role to complete maintenance and installation work for clients across our commercial and residential portfolios.

You will be ideally located within striking distance of

Worcester

for ease of access to all our clients.

The type of work includes;

This role will be a mix between reactive and planned works as well as working with our lifts department doing radiator relocations and assisting with aperture installations.

Attend and resolve plumbing emergencies and reactive maintenance requests in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures. Relocate radiators, including draining, removing, re-piping, and refitting in accordance with client requirements and industry standards. Conduct pipework modifications and ensure correct operation of heating systems after relocation work. Carry out installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the job. Maintain accurate records of work completed using company in house systems. Carrying out risk assessments prior to work commencing to ensure a safe working environment whilst undertaking works

Offered in return;

Starting salary circa 34k - 38k for 40hr contract PLUS extra hourly rate for anything over PLUS overtime. Overtime starts at 5.30pm If you also have your gas, this is reflected in the higher salary Permanent full time contract Company van + fuel card 28 days holiday inc bank holidays Employer pension contributions

About you;

You will be a fully qualified and experience Plumber with the ability to solder and do pipe bends.

You need to be au fait with working on a tablet and be familiar with E-mail management A Logical thought process for fault finding Radiator relocations Fault finding and remedial works Able and willing to travel between jobs Able and willing to stay away on occasion if required to by the business Able and willing to work out of hours if required by the business (over time rates) Physically capable of carrying out manual tasks, working at height and travel long distances
