We are currently seeking an experienced

Plumber Multi-Trader

to join our established maintenance team in

Hounslow

on a

Temp-to-Perm

basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with strong plumbing experience and additional trade skills to secure a long-term, stable role with competitive pay and progression potential.

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation work, along with associated multi-trade tasks, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance work across domestic and commercial properties. Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and heating system issues. Undertake associated multi-trade work such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, or painting as required. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards. Work independently or as part of a team to meet job deadlines. Complete relevant job sheets and maintain accurate records of materials used.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in domestic or commercial plumbing maintenance. Basic skills in additional trades (e.g. carpentry, tiling, decorating). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential). Own tools and PPE (company tools provided upon permanent placement).
