Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join a leading housing association's maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to social housing properties.

Responsibilities will include:

Carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations. Undertake additional trades such as tiling, patch plastering, basic carpentry, and decorating. Diagnose and rectify faults, sourcing necessary materials as required. Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or a relevant trade Experience working within social housing maintenance. Ability to carry out basic multi-trade tasks to a good standard. Full UK driving licence Strong communication skills and a professional approach
