The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Plumber / Multi Trader

to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.

You will be expected to work independently, represent the company professionally, and deliver high-quality workmanship on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of plumbing works including repairs, installations, and fault finding Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Complete multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, painting, and general repairs Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and planned works Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional manner Accurately report completed works and any additional issues identified on site Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with health and safety requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber and multi trader Strong plumbing knowledge, including domestic systems Ability to carry out a range of general maintenance tasks Full UK driving licence Own tools Good communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to work independently and manage your workload

Desirable (but not essential)

NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing Experience working with landlords and letting agents Gas Safe registration
