: Joiner/Multi

: Merseyside and Manchester (base in Widnes)
Type of Work
: Social housing properties (response and voids maintenance)
The successful candidate will:
Perform joinery work to properties, maintaining a high standard with minimal supervision.
Tackle a range of property maintenance tasks, utilizing multi-skilled expertise to deliver a "First Time Fix" approach.
Complete jobs within budget and time constraints while adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out repairs, installations, and maintenance related to joinery (doors, windows, frames, etc.).
Perform ancillary tasks in property maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, decorating).
Provide efficient, high-quality service to social housing properties.
Stay up to date with technical and legal requirements relevant to their skill areas.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
: NVQ or equivalent in joinery or a related trade.
Experience
: Minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably in social housing repairs and maintenance.
Skills
: Ability to perform multi-trade tasks to complete jobs comprehensively.
Additional Requirements
: A valid driving license to operate within the North West area.
