We take pride in our workmanship, professionalism and customer service - and we're now looking to expand our plumbing team.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced

Plumber/Multi-Trade Operative

to join our growing team, carrying out a variety of works including:

1st and 2nd fix plumbing for

kitchen and bathroom programmes

Reactive plumbing and maintenance

Working in both

void and tenanted properties

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson to join a respected local company on a

self-employed basis with the potential to move into a full-time employed position after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Work efficiently on bathroom and kitchen refurbs, including ripping out. Diagnose and resolve reactive plumbing issues Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors and office staff Maintain accurate job records and adhere to company processes

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Proven experience in domestic plumbing and refurb work Own tools, van and full UK driving licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in tenanted and void properties

Desirable Skills

Multi-trade experience (e.g. carpentry, tiling etc.) Experience working with housing associations or social housing contractors
