We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various construction and maintenance projects. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems using appropriate tools and techniques Read and interpret technical drawings, and blueprints to guide installation and repairs Utilise hand tools, power tools to complete tasks accurately Conduct routine maintenance on piping systems to prevent leaks or failures Assemble pipe sections and fittings according to specifications Troubleshoot issues within plumbing or pipefitting systems efficiently Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing, pipefitting, or related construction roles Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems and associated components Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools Y& power tools Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs Knowledge of construction practices related to plumbing and maintenance work Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
Candidates with additional skills in assembly or extensive experience in maintenance will be highly regarded. This role offers an engaging environment for those eager to apply their technical expertise within a professional setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.61-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
