About Us

360 Maintenance Solutions is a growing property maintenance company based in Peterborough. We provide plumbing, electrical and general repair services for landlords, letting agents, and private households.

We are currently looking for

experienced plumbers and electricians

to join our team on a

self-employed, job-by-job basis

Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing or electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance jobs Provide excellent service and maintain a professional standard Travel to client sites (mainly local work) Work independently or with other trades when required
Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber or electrician (2+ years preferred) Relevant qualifications/certifications Recent and valid DBS check (or willing to obtain one) Own tools and equipment Driving licence and own transport preferred Able to work self-employed with UTR number Willingness to travel within a reasonable distance
Payment

This is

not a fixed salary role

. You will be paid

per job completed

, with rates agreed depending on the type and size of work.

Pay: 15,000.00-43,063.45 per year
