Key Responsibilities:
Carry out installation, maintenance, servicing, and repairs of heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and hot water systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and safety checks in line with industry standards.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems run effectively and comply with regulations.
Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams on larger projects.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts/materials used.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer in domestic or commercial environments.
Strong technical knowledge of heating systems, controls, and associated equipment.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Gas Safe registration (essential).
OFTEC certification (desirable but not essential).
PAT testing certificate (desirable but not essential).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
