About the Role:



We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

Plumbing and Heating Engineer

to join our dynamic and growing team. This role primarily involves the

installation of Air Source Heat Pumps

, heating systems and maintenance work. The successful candidate will be working directly in

customer-facing environments

, so a professional and courteous manner is essential at all times.

Each week brings a new challenge--

no two jobs are the same

, with a varied workload that includes both residential and light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Install, commission, and maintain

Air Source Heat Pump systems

and associated heating components. Carry out full

heating system installations

and upgrades, including pipework, radiators, and hot water cylinders. Diagnose and repair faults within heating and plumbing systems. Deliver excellent

customer service

on-site, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. Adhere to all

health and safety

regulations and industry best practices. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Essential Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience

in plumbing and heating, with hands-on installation work. Proven experience with

Air Source Heat Pumps

(training and support can be provided for the right candidate with transferable skills). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). Strong understanding of domestic heating systems and controls. Full UK Driving Licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
