. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipework, fixtures, and fittings
Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently
Work on hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitation systems
Carry out planned maintenance and emergency repairs
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and health & safety standards
Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades
Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided)
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Plumbing Engineer
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Valid CSCS card (preferred)
Strong knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Own vehicle and tools for role.
Desirable Skills
Experience in commercial plumbing projects
Knowledge of heating systems (unvented systems, boilers - Gas Safe a bonus)
Experience working in high-occupancy or city-centre environments
