PURPOSE OF ROLE:



Your primary role is to support existing sales personnel and creating quotations in line with customer requirements. Focussed mainly on the customers within the domestic plumbing market (DPM) and fire sprinkler segments, day to day activity includes making selections, preparing quotations and supporting customers with technical support building rapport with customers and updating the system with project updates accordingly.

TEAM DESCRIPTION:



The team is focused on maintaining contact with the customers within the DPM and Fire segments, supporting with their requirements and regularly following up projects/opportunities until they are won.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Arranging selections and quotations within the plumbing and fire sales team Following up quotations and managing part of the plumbing and fire pipeline Processing orders for external sales Supporting the sales team who are based externally Working with customers post order to ensure experience exceeds expectations Working with the CRT Team to ensure customers receive deliveries when they're expecting them

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:



Number of quotations completed and returned in timely manner Speed and accuracy of getting quotations back to customers Conversion of opportunities to flipped in order to increase the secured pipeline Increase network of contacts Ensure the information and activity in CRM in kept up to date Promote, where possible, other products in the Fluid Water Group portfolio, to 'swell' the opportunity

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:



Experience in working with customers in a sales/aftersales environment Excellent verbal communication skills and comfortable on the telephone Competent level of IT skills with experience using CRM High level of attention to detail
