Infinity Mechanical Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Sub Contactor Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join us on a prestigious renovation project in a large listed building in Esher. We're a mechanical services company specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects across London and the surrounding areas. Our work typically includes full mechanical installations, including HVAC systems, plumbing, underfloor heating, and ventilation solutions - all tailored to suit the property developments

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full installation of new plumbing, heating, and drainage systems throughout the property. This is a high-spec project that requires precision, experience, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

oInstall new plumbing and heating systems to a high standard throughout residential properties

oInterpret and work from technical drawings and specifications

oEnsure all work complies with current building regulations and industry standards

oCollaborate effectively with site managers, other trades, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

oMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

oIdentify and report any issues or changes required during installation

oWork independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines

oExcellent workmanship and professionalism on-site

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years' experience in plumbing and heating installations Valid public liability insurance Own van and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience working on listed or heritage buildings (preferred but not essential)
