The Role:



As Plumbing Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our plumbing department. You'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled plumbers, pricing, scheduling and coordinating jobs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the development of the team and business.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and schedule plumbing jobs across our residential sites Lead, support, and develop a team of qualified plumbers and apprentices Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and legal standards Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain excellent service Monitor budgets, job costs, and productivity Support recruitment, training, and performance reviews Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in operations

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in all aspects of domestic plumbing/mechanical installations - including incoming mains, 1st fix plumbing and heating, 2nd fix heating and sanitaryware installations, modern heating and hot water systems including heat pumps. Estimating / producing cost plans for mechanical packages of work. Preparation of take offs to calculate materials required and ordering materials to suit programme. Management of works onsite including allocating labour and materials and ensuring works meet the required quality and health and safety standards. Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and work in conjunction with the construction team to coordinate works. Implementing and managing a strict testing and commissioning policy. Valid plumbing qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Full UK driving licence
