Plumbing/heating Engineer
Job Description
The role will involve all types of domestic plumbing and heating including boiler breakdowns, servicing, landlord gas safety checks, general plumbing maintenance such as Toilet/Taps/Shower Repairs.
Boiler and Bathroom installations
Confidence in communicating with our letting agency tenants and employees is a must. You need to be able to work individually and as part of a bigger team.
Individuals will need to be competent in undertaking all aspects of domestic gas work and hold minimum ACS qualifications of CCN 1, CENWAT(CPA1) & CKR 1 Certification.
LPG and OFTEC qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum work experience required 5 years within the trade.
NVQ Level 2 & 3 required
We offer an out of hours call out service to our clients (Rota basis)
Wages negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 31,500.00-41,600.00 per year
