About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Plumber / Pipefitter to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the installation, modification, and maintenance of mechanical and public health systems on a variety of commercial projects.

We specialise in delivering comprehensive mechanical works for office Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, as well as projects in the education and hospitality sectors. Our services encompass design, air conditioning, ventilation, 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems, insulation, controls, leak detection, and full commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and test 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil unit systems, including associated pipework. Undertake works on cold water, domestic hot water, and drainage systems. Install and maintain tea points, sanitaryware, and public health systems. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Deliver projects to the highest quality, prioritising efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction in line with current industry standards, CIBSE Guide G (Public Health & Plumbing), and other relevant building services guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a plumber/pipefitter in commercial building services. Strong knowledge of mechanical and public health systems including CWS, DWS, DHWS, and drainage. Familiarity with HVAC-related systems and integration of controls (CIBSE Guide H: Building Control Systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team on live construction sites. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating. CSCS/JIB card a must

Package Details:
