Overview
about the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced PM Shift Manager to lead our evening operations. You will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting a high-performing team to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the evening shift team to meet production goals. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Monitor workflow and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency. Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment Strong leadership and communication skills Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a multicultural environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is a plus. Flexibility to support the business's requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-49,000.00 per year
