ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The overall responsibility of the Production Operative is to work in an efficient manner of carrying out daily Production Management instructions to ensure its continued success.
Duties will include:
Operations:
Assisting in the packing of all food products produced by Community foods.
Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed.
Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
Communicating effectively with Co-Workers and Management.
Minimising production costs.
Minimising wastage.
Excellent Customer Care standards.
Any other reasonable duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
Quality, Food Safety & Hygiene:
Complying with Company Hygiene Polices ensuring that work environment is kept clean and tidy.
Complying with Company dress standards for the factory environment.
Monitoring and recording quality and food safety performance.
Ensuring proper storage and disposal of waste and recyclables.
Health & Safety:
Working in safe manner with consideration for personal and co-workers Health & Safety.
