Job Title: Private Medical Insurance and/or Life Insurance Advisor (Remote)

Fully Remote (UK-based)

Salary:

20,000 - 35,000 basic (dependent on experience)

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

50,000 - 70,000+ (uncapped)

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled PMI sales professional. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, helping them navigate the market to find the most suitable private medical cover for their needs. This is a sales role focused on converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads provided daily. Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand client needs and requirements. Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and professionally. Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK-based Private Medical Insurance (PMI) sales role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment. A strong understanding of the UK private health insurance market and its key providers.
