Equans is looking for 2 PMO Co-ordinators to join our team at our Central London office on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.





The PMO co-ordinators will provide strong co-ordinated support for the Project Co-ordinators and Project Managers. They will ensure the provision of efficient, effective and up dated project management. Ensure the development and delivery of action plans/KPI's, service level agreements and compliance with all FM processes. Managing and co-ordinating all aspects of engagement projects and campaigns. Assist in scheduling to ensure that projects are planned forward, that they do not conflict with each other and that project tasks are completed within the project schedules.



We are looking for individuals with previous experience in a similar role, strong financial and administrative experience, great attention to detail and strong communication skills.


What will you deliver?




Provide an effective support service to PMO Lead and Project Managers as required, to deliver their projects and programmes Provide accurate financial support including liaising with appointed QS, raising or validating applications for payment, issuing valuation certification, carrying out invoicing and overall finance tracking and management on a project and programme level Ensure all Projects payments are applied for and invoiced to the client in a timely manner including liaison with Commercial team and chasing of client approvals. Track and manage debt and cashflow positions Raising and issuing of Purchase Orders and ensuring the associated PO and payments process is followed in accordance with the contracted financial procedure, involving procurement, legal and Finance as appropriate Resolve subcontractor payment queries on internal SAP / COUPA systems and process invoices as required. Liaise with Finance department as required Generate quotes where applicable and ensure all Quote and Contract related paperwork is available and reviewed for discrepancies Ensure that project files (paper and electronic) are set up and maintained for all projects and works instructions on the SharePoint/Project Database Always ensure that when required customer contact is of highest quality and reinforcing company standing as high quality service deliverer To maintain project management systems and other management information systems on behalf of PMO and Project Managers and ensure forecasts, milestones etc. are accurate and consistent with operating guidelines To assist Procurement and Project Managers with contracts for sign-off, including liaison with other internal specialists as directed

Who are we looking for?






Experience in delivering high quality administrative and/or project co-ordination services within an FM/construction, consultancy, project management and/or contracting environment in a well organised, disciplined and controlled fashion Experience with tracking financial progress on projects and dealing with supplier/contractor payments and client invoicing Financially aware, good with figures, developing commercial awareness Developed knowledge of Microsoft packages and SharePoint Previous experience using SAP, COUPA, Maximo, CAFM would be beneficial MS Project application Experience with dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
