We have a great opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to join our highly successful Projects business unit; primarily supporting M&E projects fit out projects.

Key activities:

  • Providing accurate financial quality management information reports on project progress, pipeline, variances to pipeline, PRs, POs, GRNs and PLQs. Lead with project team time recording. Keep i Finance Database up to date
  • Ensure all Projects are invoiced to the client in a timely manner including liaison with Commercial team and chasing of client approvals
  • Issuing of Purchase Orders and associated PO process and payments in accordance with financial procedure, involving procurement and legal and Finance as appropriate
  • Resolve subcontractor payment queries on internal SAP system (Edifice) and process invoices as required. Liaise with Finance department as required
  • Ensure all Quote related paperwork is presented to the client accurately and filed and archived correctly
  • Ensure that project files (paper and electronic) are set up and maintained for all projects and works instructions on SharePoint/Project Database
  • Ensure all financial budgets are tracked for Projects and lifecycle works, cash flows maintained and programme aligned
  • Assisting Procurement and Project Managers with contracts for sign-off, including liaison with other internal specialists
  • Taking and preparing minutes of project meetings
Skills, experience, and qualification:
  • Previous experience in delivering high quality administrative or project co-ordination services, ideally within an FM, construction, consultancy or project management environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and financial tracking skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Maximo and SAP systems is an advantage
