Up to 70,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

We're looking for a PMO Delivery Assurance Manager to take the lead in shaping how data, governance, and insight drive performance across our global technology portfolio.


This is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be the go-to expert for delivery assurance, overseeing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and analysis from reporting tools that give our leadership teams the clarity and confidence they need to make informed decisions. You'll lead a small team, coach and mentor PMO colleagues, and work closely with delivery managers, product leaders, and stakeholders across the business to ensure our initiatives are aligned, predictable, and delivering value.


We're looking for someone who's analytical, strategic, and passionate about delivery performance, data accuracy and timely decision making to drive change. You'll bring experience managing governance and reporting for large, complex portfolios in a technology environment, and you'll be confident working with tools like Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Keyedin. You'll know how to build meaningful, trusted relationships with delivery teams, creating an environment where transparency and decision making rends into tangible performance improvement, facilitate key governance forums, and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility. If you've worked in a leadership role within a global Portfolio or programme office before, even better, but what really matters is your ability to lead with purpose and precision.
