Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of company-level strategic projects or cross-departmental complex initiatives. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
Establish and promote standardized project management processes, templates, and tools to enhance team collaboration efficiency and template/tool utilization rates.
Coordinate resources across R&D, operations, marketing, and merchandize team. Facilitate goal decomposition and task execution, resolving conflicts and bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration.
Design cross - timezone / cross-functional communication mechanisms, optimize requirement review processes, and shorten delivery cycles.
Risk Management & Process Optimization
Identify potential project risks (e.g., schedule delays, resource shortages) and develop contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular project retrospectives, document best practices, and drive organizational-level process improvements (e.g., rapid iteration, goal management frameworks).
Data-Driven Efficiency Enhancement
Perform quantitative analysis of project data (e.g., development rework rate, requirement alignment accuracy) to propose efficiency optimization strategies and support management decisions.
Monitor team performance against project KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in internet / e-commerce industry; candidates with experience in building PMO frameworks from scratch or leading large-scale campaign projects are preferred.
Professional Skills
Proficient in project management methodologies and familiar with e-commerce business processes (e.g., supply chain, marketing campaigns, user & market growth).
Skilled in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
Core Competencies
Goal-Oriented: Strong logical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex objectives and formulating execution plans.
Communication & Coordination: Excellent cross-department collaboration and executive reporting skills, able to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
