Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Control
Develop and maintain
integrated project plans
using Microsoft Project to
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Level 4
, covering horizontal workstreams and vertical SDLC phases.
Identify, document, and track
deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
across all program streams.
Collaborate with
Stream Project Managers
to define and manage
give/get dependencies
and ensure alignment.
Baseline
project plans, monitor
critical paths
, and track progress, risks, and deviations.
Conduct
impact assessments
for changes in scope, schedule, and risk mitigation activities.
Provide forward-looking insights on
slack opportunities
and
schedule optimization
.
Update plans with
actual progress
at agreed frequencies (weekly/monthly) and re-baseline when required.
Facilitate
program reviews, steering committee updates
, and
planning workshops
.
Ensure consistent use of
planning terminology, structure, and communication standards
across all teams.
PMO Governance & Reporting
Serve as the
PMO Lead
for the program, driving planning discipline and governance excellence.
Prepare and deliver
status reports, dashboards
, and
ad-hoc management reports
for stakeholders.
Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, and executive steering committee sessions.
Maintain alignment with PMO frameworks, ensuring
standardized reporting
and
risk/control compliance
.
Testing Project Management
Oversee the
testing workstream
, covering functional, integration, UAT, and regression phases.
Collaborate with
QA leads
to align
test planning, execution, and defect management
with program milestones.
Track
test coverage
,
entry/exit criteria
, and
readiness for go-live
.
Manage
testing risks
,
test environments
, and
dependencies
with development and business stakeholders.
Ensure the testing schedule aligns with the overall delivery roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years
of experience in
project or program management
, including at least
3 complex multi-stream projects
planned using Microsoft Project.
Formal
certification in Microsoft Project
or equivalent enterprise planning tools.
Strong understanding of
SDLC
,
Agile/Waterfall
methodologies, and
testing lifecycle management
.
Proven track record in
PMO governance
,
stakeholder engagement
, and
executive reporting
.
Expertise in
risk management
,
change control
, and
schedule impact analysis
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and leadership
skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP
