Key tasks:

Lead development of core iGaming features and systems. Collaborate with product/design on tech solutions. Plan and manage technical roadmaps and delivery. Break down tasks and manage dependencies. Mentor enforces code quality. Hire, coach, and mentor engineers, supporting their professional growth and aligning skills with project needs. Evaluate team performance, set clear goals, and provide actionable feedback through regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Conduct regular team meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to maintain alignment.

Must have:

Experience leading technical projects and working closely with product teams Must have a background in iGaming, especially in Game development Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and connect various tech pieces into a unified game experience Experienced in task breakdown, dependency management, and technical roadmap planning Strong ability to balance both technical leadership and product ownership Familiarity with APIs & Architecture: REST API, Microservices, WebSockets, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless Architecture
