What's the Job?



The core purpose of our Pod Administrator role is to operate as support for our Client Accountants and their clients. You will work alongside our Client Accountants providing Company Secretarial services, processing legal documentation and general assistant duties. Alongside this, you will be administering Fee Proposals and Renewals, Engagement Letters, ID Checks, and Anti- Money-Laundering / Know-Your-Client checks for the portfolios of our Client Accountants.

Our business administration apprenticeship will expose you to a wide variety of industries, services and experience.

We fully fund all of your training as you work towards your qualification.

Responsibilities



To promptly respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other forms of correspondence. To support the service delivery of our Client Accountants. This includes: providing company secretarial services and processing legal documentation. Performing general assistant duties as required. Manage the administration of fee proposals, renewals, and engagement letters. Conduct ID checks and Anti-Money-Laundering/Know-Your-Client checks for client portfolios. Other general administration duties e.g. front desk support as and when required. 20% off-the-job training under a certified training provider.

Skills, Quals. & Experience



You will need to have English & Maths GCSEs A-C/9-4 as a minimum. No experience is required for this role. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the business. Adaptable and flexible to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Confident to work with clients and develop key relationships internally and externally. Be able to work as part of a team. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

What's on Offer?



The Pay Package:

Basic Salary 19,500 (includes 20% off-the-job study) Employer Pension: 5% of salary above 6,240 (employee matched, salary sacrifice). Overtime: Paid at "total salary" rate. Treated as pensionable earnings.
Working Arrangements:

The role is full-time, 37.50 hours full working week (09:00 to 17:00 Mon to Fri, with 30 minutes break)

28 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Learning & Development:

All qualifications, exams & subscriptions paid for. Structured CPD plan each year. Quarterly 1-2-1s for Personal Development.
The Office:

A brand-new, custom designed office in Laceby. Fully decked kitchens & Refresh Room (inc. pool table).
